[olug] Lost KMix and sound drivers in Kubuntu 8.04

If you press "Alt-F2" and run "kmix", does the icon come back?  When I lost
my sound, it turns out the mixer settings were all the way down.  Once I ran
KMix and bumped them up sound came back.
