[olug] OT: Setting LBA on a Compaq DL320 G2?

I lost an 80GB IDE disk in one of our webservers, and the only thing our LAN 
guy had to replace it was a 250GB IDE.  The DL320 (2nd Generation) will only 
see a bit over 130MB, but it let me install SLES.  After the install I had a 
grub GEOM error,  and first thing I'm supposed to do to correct it is enable 
LBA.  I dont see a setting in the BIOS or the Smart Start CD?   Any pointers?
