I've got a PCI Adaptec 2940UW SCSI adapter sitting in an old IBM
Intellistation that died a couple of months ago.  The SCSI adapter
still works just fine, and I don't expect that I'll ever use it again.
 Yours if you want it, only cost is the time to pick it up.
