[olug] Hp w1907 LCD monitor

As obvious as this sounds, perhaps it was just a power cord issue?
I've never heard of an LCD not starting up due to a slight shift in
seemingly normal room temperature.
Even my laptop's LCD works fine outside in freezing temperatures.
