EFF Releases Reports and Software to Spot Interference with Internet Traffic.

The EFF released their "Test Your ISP" software to make it easier to
see if your ISP is resetting file sharing sessions.  It is more than a
comparison of packets sent to packets received because that would be
CRC.  requires two machines.

I wonder if it will get added to sysadmin repositories.

Say a medical office uses a secure version of torrent file sharing to
make backups.  If an ISP intentionally interferes with that traffic,
the FBI may have to be called for a possible HIPAA violation.
