i have actually seen that same DODapp. CD destroyer before.
it was at STRATCOM, and it had an orange "top secret" label on it.
a bit of overkill for my situation.
i had no idea that it was 3000USD, but that doesn't surprise me after seeing
first hand many of the other similar cases of overspending in my time on the
base.
as far as shooting practice, that's what i usually do, but i don't have the
ammo for a pile like this! i found about 30 more last night.
microwave: yeah, it's visually pleasing, but toxic fumes are a bit of a
downer, and i'm tired of my re-heated mcribs tasting like a strike of
lightning.
i think i'll check out that recycling thing, but i'd like to destroy the
data first.
i suppose i'll have to see if my paper shredder is up to the task..
