Sorry if someone else has already mentioned this, but if you live in this area
http://www.qwest.com/vdsl/omaha/availability.html you can get a static
IP, and open ports for $20.00 more a month over regular cable costs
through Qwest.  Upload speed is capped but I don't remember at what
speed, IIRC it's under 1MB though.  You might be able to pay for more
speed.  I haven't looked at the product for quite a while.  I've had
the service for 3 or 4 years with one outage I can think of, it lasted
a few hours.  I think we're paying about $90.00 a month for cable TV
(no premium channels) and Internet (with open ports).  One downside is
additional IPs cost way too much money (don't remember exact cost).  I
guess they want to limit people to one but I can live with redirects.
