Maybe I should apologize. I really posted w/ "tongue in cheek", the 
article just caught my eye as there had been quite a bit of traffic on 
the list RE VoIP/phones/asterisk/trixbox etc.

IF you're a MS shop (to the core as many are), maybe it IS a good thing. 
Glad, gladder, gladdest I don't have to support it.
