I imagine most of that dark fiber was put there by Level3.  James
Crowe once stated that Level3 had more dark fiber than currently in
use.  Perhaps a look at investing in Level3 is in order?

Of course, Google is also wise in setting up shop here because of the
price.  Cheap land was already mentioned, but labor is cheap here too.
 "Average salaries of 50,000".  What do those translate to on the
coasts?
