[olug] The Daylight Savings Time (US and Canada) Glitch

I thought I saw something that OpenSuse fixed this about 2 months ago if you have updated your systems since then.  Slackware was fixed in August.
It will affect everyone unfortunately.  I have a clock that sets the time auto-magically and have been told I will have to hand set it for the time changes now...that kinda sucks.
