Thought I'd throw out a few ideas I have been thinking about for meeting 
topics.

- A discussion of different mail servers, installation and 
configuration, etc.
- Setting up and configuring a DNS server
- Network monitoring software
- VOIP/Asterisk
- Source control (subversion)
- chroot-ing an application, general security stuff

Sorry, I'm not offering, :-) but these are some things I'd come to a 
meeting to hear about.
