The story on my end is that my Cisco ATA186 was giving me troubles and i
made it worse. So i joined some Cisco mailing lists to see if that would
help. It just so happened the first email received from three lists that i
just joined mentioned an article that i happened to read and i notice Neal's
name in it. Later in the day when i called Cisco to buy a $8.00 support
contract, they directed me to their partners page where i happened across
Layer3Arts.
