[olug] Linux Friendly online music stores

Looking for a linux friendly online music store
similar to All of MP3 (or I-Tunes, etc.) that allows
me to pay with an e-check (as opposed to credit card)
and is reasonable (as inexpensive OR preferably flat
fee) as possible.  

I don't at this time do downloading of music and
really don't expect to do a great deal even though
that might be possible in the future.  Movies/TV/Video
might also be future possibilities.

Primarily for burning to CD's...no MP3 players in the
house yet.
