[olug] help desk software?

Neal,

For the last four weeks or so I have been using this XOOPS module called
XHelp.  It is pretty good.  I would recommend trying it out to see if it
fits your needs.  Also I might recommend investigating Zentrack.  It is
stand alone or a XOOPS module.  They are both Apache, PHP, and MySQL.
