[olug] OT: Qwest's latest anti spam policy

If Qwest persues the policy they will have people leaving them in 
droves.  Think about it.  Grandma gets a new computer and high speed 
internet to see pictures of the grandkids.  The next, latest and 
greatest MS exploit comes out and grandma's machine gets hacked and a 
trojan is put in place, before anyone notices 5,000 emails have gone out 
and Grandma gets a bill from Qwest for $25K.

The fact that it may or may not hold up in court is irrelevant when 
Grandma has to come up with the lawyer fees to fight it in court which 
will surely run her more than $25K when all is said and done.  In my 
opinion this is a PR disaster waiting to happen for Qwest.
