[olug] Installfest Posters at UNO

I'm looking to distribute Installfest posters at UNO next week.  Back when 
punch cards were cool, and COBOL was king, there was a Draconian system for 
getting your posters approved for posting.   I'm sure it's still true.  Any 
students on the list want to help guide me to the proper bureaucratic outpost 
for poster approval?

PS:  Same goes for Bellevue and Metro
