SCENARIO ONE:
If you have a video card with Composite TV-Out, then
Hardware = Channel 3/4 RF Modulator: http://www.smarthome.com/7756.html
If you do note have a video card with Composite TV-Out, then
Hardware = VGA-to-TV Convertor : http://www.smarthome.com/7743.html
Channel 3/4 RF Modulator: http://www.smarthome.com/7756.html
The Channel 3/4 RF Modulator could also just be a VCR, if you have an
un-used one.
Software = ntp/ntpdate : http://www.ntp.org/
