[olug] speaker issue

I am now getting this buzzing noise in my speakers and it seems to follow my
processor or hard drive.  When I go to open something and the processor and
hard drive are in use, I get interference in my speakers.  The interference
follows the HDD LED on the front of my PC.  

 

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what is the
fix?  Processor?  HDD?  Sound Card?
