The broadcast flag is back and Senator Nelson is one of 20 Senators on
the
Commerce Committee.  That means we can have an effect.

If you are registered with the EFF use the action center to fax a letter
too.  Phone calls are reported by aggregate numbers for/against.
However
dead wood has more psychological effect so fax him with this too.

Personalize the fax, mention local TV stations by name.  Mention local
businesses that will be affected.  All politics is local so do your best
to
make it so for the senator.
