[olug] OSX DVD mastering - how best to do this?

I use Roxio Toast for burning on Mac OSX, and I've never had any
problems with it. You can easily burn data DVDs with it, and it
supports burning DVD+R even if the OS doesn't.
If you're looking for something Free there's always growisofs
