[olug] power management??

I cant remember if this works in X also, but you can use the setterm
command.

Example:
 setterm -powersave off -blank 0

Display blanks in mythtv,or anytime running X.

"K" menu has only "Run .."|"Lock ..."|"Log Off..."

THINK I need to access power management for display, turn off, or extend
timeout.

Anybody help me figure out which commandline prog I'm supposed to
"twiddle"?? or proper .conf?
