[olug] 2nd HD, 2nd OS, GRUB question

Was going to check out CentOS 4.0 (rebuild of RH AS 4.0 from source).

Main System is FC2 on hda
Added hdb to hold second OS.

Installer want to put GRUB on hda (already there, about 8 or 9 entries
already exist for FC2 kernels)

Question: Do I let installer install GRUB, add entry by hand? Will grub
leave existing entries?

FC2 system is main work system, really don't want to foobar.

Thoughts, suggestions, step-by-step-hold-my-hand welcome/accepted.

Grovelling embarrassing, but less demeaning than having to rebuild system.
