I have a friend or two in the purchasing dept at CU and they have told
me some of the IT crap that is going on.  Yes, they want everything
Windows-centric.  There is even talk of eliminating everything but 
Windows from running anywhere on campus -- including the dorms.

Stupid shortsightedness, and unbecoming of a good university.
