Hmmm... I will let you know if it is better than Three
Happiness on Leavenworth.  So far, the best $5 I have
spent on Chinese is the Singapore Noodles there.

Even that takes third place behind Thai Kitchen's Pahd
Thai, and whatever was so awesome at Saigon on West
Center.
