[olug] OT - eFTP Sites....

Anyone know what software is driving these sites  (links below)......
I have a few clients that would like a web-based ftp site similar to this
for some of their customers.

My searches have turn up Enhanced FTP,  and Easy FTP,  but nothing seems to
point to what these are doing.
