What are your needs?  Do you need any special functionality? 
Specifically, voice recording, multi-user conferencing etc.  We use
Inter-tel and have a separate phone bridge (up to 9 callers) and a voice
recorder server.  Phone systems are really similar until you get into
the nitty gritty extras.  

Huntel Communications works with us.  They are in Millard and have been
very good with service and support.  They provide everything from the
patch panel to the headsets.  (We also use them for data cabling as
well.)  If you decide to check them out, tell them Rod from Tenaska sent
you.

We're in the process ov evaluating options to replace our ageing phone

system.  I've been playing with Asterisk at home since the presentation

at the OLUG meeting a few months back.  I think it could be a good fit

for our company, but I know that I'm not familiar with it to expect to

be able to support it to the level required.  Any thoughts / input / 
suggestions on a service/support company, preferably in the Omaha
area?
