	While I just started to mess with wifi more 
recently, I'm pretty sure that the connector you bought is 
not the connector you need. THere is no way you can get a 
microwave signal through it. I also made this mistake when 
I made this project. The correct connector is this one:

	Also, if you plan on amplifying, the area covered 
by your wifi will flatten out. The best way to picture it 
is comparing your non-amped signal to a donut, and your 
amped one to a laserdisk.
