[olug] Shattering CD Rom's

I don't have a television but I have shattered a CD Rom.
However I believe it was a loading error and not anything related to RPMs.
Once I removed all the pieces from the drive I continued using it but I paid 
more attention to proper loading and no CDs or DVDs have shattered since.
