No but I will.

It's a 4 CD download, it just sounds like a lot more than what I need
for this project. And I was hoping to get started tonight, and I don't
think I'd get all 4 ISOs downloaded that quickly. I was looking at the
requirements for some redhat-like os, I think it was WhiteBox, and it
said 128MB minimum, 256MB minimum for graphical, 512MB recommended. But
I see now that Fedora lists lower requirements than that on their site
(64MB min for text-mode only, 192MB min for graphical).
Ideally there is a single CD distro out there that comes with a modern
kernel and other basics? Or are all 4 CDs required for Fedora? I
remember with Mandrake only the first two out of 3 or 4 CDs were usually
required.
As someone suggested, maybe the best thing to do is use Fedora and turn
off the extra stuff during the install.
