[olug] Cox SMTP

I dont authenticate to their SMTP server......  its just available to me w/o 
authentication.  Since its the only one I can use......... when it doesnt 
work......  I am screwed.  It hasnt failed since I sent the first 
message........ So i cant give you an exact error........ and kmail wont give 
me an exact error.
