[olug] Cox SMTP

Yes I am....and no I do not know why.  Looking for help myself.

Is anyone else having problems using the (forced) cox SMTP servers? 
They seem 
to about 1/2 the time i try to send mail, not ever accept the
message.... and 
then it gets held in my outbox to be sent later.

Is anyone else having this problem?    If so, do you know why?
