[olug] Extracting single pdf pages from a 1,600 page pdf

I'm trying to turn a single 1,600 page pdf document into 1,600 pdf files of
each page from the initial document.

I figure a sleek bash (sed/awk) script could be written to pull this off, but
I'm not sure where the page breaks are occuring.  Anyone have any experience in
with this?

Here's a sample (5 pgs) of the pdf I'm trying to work with.
