[olug] Wifi detect utility

Sorry about the double posts.  I got a qmail error message back from 
olug that had this:

> This message is looping: it already has my Delivered-To line. (#5.4.6)

My original message did not have more than one olug at olug.org so I don't 
know what is this is.  Prolly a random error or something.  I am not 
curious enough to read through the page of header fields.
