The hour drive described to Rochester isnt that bad, provided you would live 
in Southern Minneapolis, shakoppee, bloomington maybe...... theres a few 
others.

If you live in Western Minneapolis.........Mound, Wayzata, Plymouth, 
Minnetonka, Eden Prarie......  Very Nice areas, but you are 45 Minutes or so 
from work in downtown........ thats 45 minutes whether you drive & Most 
likely pay to park, or take the mass transit system.  The Mass transit system 
is a good system up there.  Often it is faster than driving, because when 
theres an accident, the buses keep moving.  Buses are allowed to drive on the 
shoulder of the interstate.
