I imagine the next step would be to eliminate the
customer interface personnel. If you order via web or
phone or call center, and pay with debit or credit or
iPass card, why would a person and your food to you?
And the final step could be full automation. I look
forward to placing the order electronically, preparing
the food robotically, and eating it in my hands-free
computer controlled hybrid vehicle.
