Check out www.omahaelectronics.com, click on the camera towards the
top of the web page.  Brings you to another webpage that you can test
out the camera they sell.  Runs in both ActiveX and Java.   They have
a wall mount kit that oscillates and maybe it can even be remote
controlled.  At the time i priced it, it was much cheaper than
panasonic's cameras.
