You're kidding, right?

ANY mail server conversion is a long and tedious process, even with the 
(custom written) right tools.

You can get it done in a weekend if you have a VERY small number of 
users with VERY small amounts of mail and are VERY well organized.

That still doesn't count end-user re-education about what the mail 
server can or can't do and migrating the task lists, contact lists, and 
calendars.
