[olug] Apache Doesn't know PHP type

I'm trying to load the php module.  Or, really, I think I have loaded
the php module and apache still isn't using PHP.

I forgot to mention I have this in my apache config as well and apache
starts with no errors.

LoadModule php5_module                   modules/libphp5.so
