Two Creighton University Information Technology professors have asked
that OLUG members, along with members of other IT organizations in the
US, participate in their research study examining work environments.

To participate, go to http://www.creighton.edu/~lchen/survey.htm and
fill out a questionnaire with 75 short multiple-choice questions about
your workplace and specific beliefs of your organization and yourself
towards how you work and use technology. All information is anonymous
and will be held in the strictest of confidence. Your name and that of
your company will be removed from your answers upon receipt.

The survey must be filled out completely in order to be included in the
study. Your name and company name will be removed as soon as we
