IT Project Manager

Candidates for this position will possess:
1.	A minimum 2-4 years of IT project management experience
including software development, methodologies/processes, design,
implementation and documentation.
2.	A track record of leading and motivating IT project teams to
successful conclusion.
3.	A proven ability to define deliverables, control project scope,
and meet deadlines.

Market Risk Manager

Candidates for this position will possess:
1.	A technical degree in engineering, math, or statistics (advanced
degree preferred).
2.	Experience with valuation and risk measurement of complex
derivative securities.
3.	A drive toward continuous process improvement.
4.	A dedication to process documentation.

For both positions candidates must demonstrate:
1.	A decisive personality with strong attention to detail.
2.	Excellent communication, report writing and presentation
skills.
3.	A proven ability to focus and finish.

For both positions experience in a commodity-trading environment will
be considered a plus.
