FINAL EXHIBITOR BULLETIN
Below are the important times, dates and further information for the
infotec 2004 Exhibition
LOCATION

MOVE-IN
Monday, April 19 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 20 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
SHOW HOURS
Wednesday, April 21 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 22 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
MOVE-OUT
Thursday, April 22 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION
Exhibitor booth personnel will have a designated self-register area
on-site. Please try to self-register during move-in hours. If you need
to self-register during show hours, please allow extra time to do so.
BOOTH ACCESSORIES
Your exhibit space area will be carpeted and include a draped table with
two chairs. Electrical, internet connection and other accessories are
considered optional items and are not automatically included in your
space. If you need these items you need to make arrangements with the
appropriate providers.
PARKING
There is a $6 charge to park in Qwest Center parking lots. No in-and-out
privileges. infotec does not validate parking.
KEYNOTE SESSIONS
infotec 2004 will have two Keynote sessions. These are free for
exhibitors and registered guests to attend.
WORLD WIDE WEB
The Official infotec web site address is www.infotec.org. You can use
this address to give to individuals who would like more information on the
show.
SECURITY
Theft of portable computer equipment (especially laptops) and other
valuables at trade shows is on the rise. Although security is in the
building, it is strongly recommended that you secure or take any portable
equipment at the end of the day. Show management is not responsible for
any stolen items.
