[olug] ssh & scp - precedence?

  I recall reading somewhere that ssh & scp tag their traffic with
different ip precedence - I think 4 for scp and 5 for ssh, but after a
couple minutes of googling I can't find any reference to this - anyone
have a link handy for this stuff?
