Since I know the Huskers.Com developers from way back, I forwarded
Nate's question on to them when this came about.  Bruce finally tracked
down the problem and reported this:

I know that last year the Huskers.com site got flamed big-time here on
the list and on their own site for being an extension of "The Man" (i.e.
Microsoft) for not proclaiming full support for Linux and Apple and
Solaris and Commodore 64 and Timex/Sinclair and TRS/80 and TI-99/4a and
... :)  Just thought that people would like to see things getting fixed.

If Bruce gives me the OK -- and I find some time -- I might even write
up a little bit about the setup of their network and their servers.
They have a number of 1U high Linux servers serving up the various bits
and pieces of the site, all hitting a larger Linux server running Oracle
for keeping track of the multiple users and "faces" of the sites...
(i.e. It's not just Husker Red inside those servers...)
