[olug] apt-get on RH 7.3

I am trying to use apt-get on a RH 7.3 machine.  My source.list entry looks
like:  rpm http://redhat.usu.edu/mirrors/apt  redhat/7.3/en/i386 os updates

When I run apt-get update, I get the following:

Hit http://redhat.usu.edu redhat/7.3/en/i386/base/pkglist.os
Hit http://redhat.usu.edu redhat/7.3/en/i386 release.os
Hit http://redhat.usu.edu redhat/7.3/en/i386/base/pkglist.updates
Hit http://redhat.usu.edu redhat/7.3/en/i386 release.updates
Processing File Dependencies... Done
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
W: http://redhat.usu.edu/mirrors/apt/ will not be authenticated.

Whats up with the last line?  What wont be authenticated?  Am I missing
something in the config file?  Do I need a user name or something?
