[olug] PGP Errors when running apt-get

Thanks for the help, but I am unclear on the
directions.
When I use wget and ftp into that url, I get this
error:
root at phoenix root]# wget

And
I'm not sure why I have to run the gpg command twice?
I used to be able to use apt-get great for awhile and
now it isn't working.
A fellow geek at work recommended that I visit the
site(s) where I am getting the errors and see if a gpg
key is located there.
Would that work as well?
