I use AmpheteDesk, which is in Perl, so it should run on all three.  I've
generally happy with it, but it lacks easy customization as most reader
do.

Actually, it is a small web server, so you can have it run on one
machine, and point your browser to it from several.

Some of us here in Omaha, though, have just started working on our own:
