This is going to sound really stupid to some of you  but what do we use 
to open an SGML document for reading?  I've tried to open it with galeon 
and nautilus Galeon looks pretty close but not quite  right.  I notice 
in the direcotry there's a Makefile so I typed make and got  message 
that you would expect "no target:" :-) I want to explore  Postgreaql. 
and its pages are in SGML.
