I know at least the version of Galeon that ships with RedHat 8 (and
subsequent updates) supports pop-up blocking. I used to be a Mozilla
user until I discovered Galeon..... I'll never go back to Mozilla.

I think Phoenix supports it as well, but I haven't used it enough to
remember.
