When reading the story at the link provided the car that had the computer
crash was a BMW.
The Mercedes Benz was already in the shop for some reason undisclosed in the
story.

Crashed Computer Traps Politician

This would have been hilarious but for the near death experience.  A Thai's
Financial Minister and his driver are trapped in a car in peak tropical
summer without a/c because the onboard computer crashed.  (The physical
kind) Windows had to be sledgehammered to extract them out.  i-drive has
Microsoft's WindowsCE at its core.
