If it's AV software you're looking for F-PROT works well and is free for
personal use ;)

If it's commercial AV software you're looking for it's much cheaper than
others (*ahem*sophos) and works well with Exim v4.x and the Exiscan-acl
patch from http://duncanthrax.net/exiscan-acl/.
